Services & Payment

Project scope, pricing and payment terms are agreed separately in writing for each engagement, typically through a proposal or quote. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment is significantly overdue. Any changes to an agreed project scope may result in a revised quote before additional work begins.

Limitation of Liability

SolTekkers LLC provides services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a fixed ranking position or a set number of leads. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation terms are set out in your individual project agreement. In general, work completed up to the point of cancellation remains payable.

Do these terms apply to clients outside the UK?

Yes. These terms apply to all clients and website visitors, wherever they are based, alongside any additional terms agreed for a specific project.
