Our terms of service agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soltekkers LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Soltekkers LLC provides white-label digital services including but not limited to web development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, AI automation, graphic design, and video production. All services are delivered under the client's brand as a silent partner.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to you. Soltekkers retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs promptly upon request. We never contact your clients or disclose our relationship without your explicit consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Invoices are due within the period specified. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Soltekkers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soltekkers LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
